I enjoyed active participation and exchange program with students. The Topics included introduction of Okinawan & Japanese Cultures!. We learnt a lot, Calligraphy, Origami , Yukata for Women, Boys and Girls games, Okinawan Sweets etc. Welcome speech by school administration. Very touched and encouraged. We appreciated their effort. I am proud of you all. Thanks you.

Shimajiri School for Disabled Children.

I was very happy and encouraged by the children. Their performance, active participation, smiles and warm welcome even encouraged us more. Thanks to JICE and MTEC staff who made this trip a reality to us.

Exchange Program with local schools in Okinawa

We enjoyed warm welcome by students and staff of Shimajiri School for disabled children. The cultural exchange program was good. I personally learnt a lot from the pupils especially the group of pupils i interracted with. I was greately touched and encouraged by the students active participation and performances. They surely proved that disability is not inability. They performed, intertained and interracted with us to best levels. Thanks to all JICE and MTEC staff who organised and made this trip a reality to us.
